Hydraulic counter-impact hammer GH: The counter-blow hammer GH is preferably used for particularly heavy parts that require impact energy of more than 200 kJ. LASCO was the pioneer and inventor of the hydraulic drive system for die forging hammers. When a pulse is released, the upper and lower ram are accelerated in the opposite direction. The ratio of the upper and lower ram masses is from 1: 4 to 1: 5, depending on the hammer size. As a result, the low ram moves at a final speed of 1 - 1.2 m / s and provides a pulse velocity of about 6 m / s. This feature is particularly important for automation and forging flat parts. Special features: Accurate repeatability of impact energy Very low energy costs compared to air hammers Simplified automation with lower stroke of upper and lower rams (1: 4) Direct spring damping Hydraulic drive in block design Efficient programmable control system with modem for operator guidance, product data management and remote diagnostics Capacities: Energy from 100 kJ to 800 kJ please see our hammer catalog
