Motive Motors uses only the bearings chosen for their silence and reliability and for the same purposes. The cage rotor is dynamically balanced according to IEC 34-14 and ISO 9921 norms. Copper is impregnated with double-layer H insulation insulating to provide high resistance to electrical, thermal and mechanical stress. The phases are also insulated with another layer of Nomex film to protect the motors from voltage peaks that usually occur when the motor is controlled by an inverter. The motors for maximum protection are equipped with technical details such as pull-resistant cable press and a combination of bearings with two shields each.
