There are many other activities besides the supply, assembly and testing of the product. Component specifications need to be documented, alternatives and secondary sourcing needs are addressed, and processes need to be established and documented. Design with production in mind should start from the design concept, but the endpoints will be improved and changed. After trial build comes validation, product acceptance testing, and production testing procedures. This scenario is everyday practice in 4E. We seek and employ the best people with a variety of experiences. Alongside our assembly operators, we have the engineering knowledge to ensure effortless, accurate and timely completion of new product introductions. In most cases, we work flexibly to adapt to customers' existing processes.
