RACE TRACK RAMP

Hippodrome boom can irrigate linearly or linearly/circularly thanks to its automatic double nozzle system. The alignment of the apertures is managed by double acting cables and cams on the motor supported by an absolute encoder that manages angles with 0.1° precision. Water supply to the ramp is carried out through a channel or a flexible pipe connected to hydrants at intervals, depending on the diameter, length and flow rate of the flexible pipe. For flow rates below 150m3/h, our booms are equipped with a motorized automatic return system for the flexible pipe.
