Noise barriers

The environmental-friendly spirit of citizens has allowed us to perform a smart management of the division of urban solid waste, thus obtaining a new raw material and above all reducing the quantity of waste to be disposed of at the landfill. Recycling takes place starting from plastic materials from separate collection of R.S.U., and includes selection, milling, mixing and extrusion of mixed plastic. The extrusion phase, accomplished by means of low-temperature diabatic machines, represents a technological innovation which permits to obtain an extruded section with excellent technical, aesthetical and lasting standards. Plastic waste is turned into sections of various shapes and dimensions and is structured, when needed, with steel reinforcements and processed. The potentials of this brand-new material with an unlimited duration without maintenance, have been used for TECNOWALL recycled plastic panels, that have been designed and commissioned for their triple function of environment
