Barbaresco Magallo Docg

Its character derives from the production area with fertile soils and from wise people capable of creating wonders. Magallo is a special selection obtained from grapes from vineyards in Treiso The grape harvest is done by hand between the first and second ten days of October. Fermentation is traditional, carried out at a controlled temperature and with a duration of 10-15 days, with pumping over to optimize the extraction of polyphenolic substances. Aging: Minimum three years in large oak barrels, followed by 6 months in the bottle. Tasting notes: Clear red with garnet reflections that become orange over the years. Elegant bouquet with notes of ripe fruit, delicately spiced. Intense, full and enveloping in the mouth. Rich in aromas reminiscent of reminiscent of the bouquet. Long finish. Great structure for long aging.
