Fittings for tunnels;

Gaskets are necessary to guarantee watertightness of the tunnel and avoid water infiltration in the bridge segments. Almost 20 million metres of gaskets supplied for railway, underground, road and hydraulic tunnels prove FIP INDUSTRIALE technical skills and production capacities. FIP INDUSTRIALE gaskets are made of EPDM, CR-SBR, NBR and HYDROEXPANSIVE RUBBER. FIP INDUSTRIALE manufactures both compact gaskets with hardness from 50 to 80 Shore A, and foam gaskets with various densities. The gaskets can be supplied in continuous extrusion or in frames with 4 or 6 corners moulded to the profile. EPDM water-tight gasket. Durability and unchangeability over time of FIP INDUSTRIALE gaskets are guaranteed by the special rubber compounds used and by severe laboratory testing simulating actual service conditions.
