Automatic Label Applicators;

Label applicators apply self-adhesive labels consistently to products in large quantities, with high accuracy and reliability. Label applicators can be mounted above, to the side and even upside-down, underneath a conveyor, to achieve the best labelling position. ALS offers a wide range of industrial label applicators. They are designed for ease of use, quick change-overs and low maintenance. They are suitable for labelling use in all applications, including; food, beverage, cosmetic/personal care, medical device, e-liquid and pharmaceutical manufacturing. All of our automatic labellers feature; Automatic Product Speed Following which precisely adjusts the dispensing speed (in real-time) to match the variances in product speed, so a conveyor can ramp up or down and the labeller adjusts its speed to handle it, without changing the label position, Optional IP65 Protection is available giving protection against water & dust and all machines have a fully comprehensive 2-Year Warranty.
