L'etichettatore automatico è un robot cartesiano che permette di applicare etichette su tessuto o altro materiale steso su tavolo. La stampa avviene in tempo reale immediatamente prima dell'applicazione. Le tecnologie utilizzate permettono la stampa e l'applicazione delle etichette stampate in meno di 3,5 sec. . La programmazione del layout delle etichette e delle misure per il posizionamento è semplice e avviene utilizzando il software NSTLabelEditor. I dati vengono trasferiti nel PC touch screen installato a bordo macchina attraverso una memoria USB o via rete dati wireless. ETICAR is a Cartesian robot that permits to apply labels on fabrics or others materials laid on a table. The printing of the label takes place in real time just before applying. The precision of the system permits to manage the tenth of millimetre, the application requires less than 3,5 sec.To program the label layout and the positioning measures the NSTLabelEditor software is used.
