In 1963, Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds (PVT.) Ltd.(GKN, PLC, a subsidiary of the UK) established a factory in Karachi to produce industrial fasteners.In 1986, Hanif Adamjee Group bought majority shares from GKN and the company Adamjee Engineering (PVT.) Ltd.was.Today, the company consists of three production departments with approximately 280 employees of qualified engineers, professionals and qualified workers.Pakistan is the biggest organization of its genre and continues to lead with its innovative approach.The Fasteners Department produces a wide range of screws, bolts and rivets for the economy's construction, appliances, automotive and machinery sectors.The dust metal section operates in the production of self -lubricated horoscopes for motorcycles, washers, oil pump gears, shock absorber parts and other sintered parts.The manufacturing department of the sawdust is mainly addressed to the automotive industry and the engineering industry in general.In addition to having a big share in the domestic market, the company exports its products to the USA, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.Adamjee Engineering (PVT.) Ltd.In 1999, Lloyd has the ISO 9002 certificate by Quality Assurance.Later, the Quality Management System Standards were upgraded to the 3rd and last version of ISO 9001 in 2002.
