These high-grade steel plates are hard-soldered by means of pure copper / lead flux using the vacuum method to produce a compact unit. Hard-soldered heat-exchangers are pressure vessels. In order to meet the safety regulations for pressure vessels, each heat-exchanger is submitted to a pressure and a leak test. All products are designed individually for the appropriate application and manufactured accordingly.
