The machine installs 5 diamond wires for plates of different thicknesses from 2 to 70 cm, it can only contain plates or up to 15 diamond wires for 2 cm. The machine is built on only 2 pillars and can mount diamond wires with a diameter of 7.3 mm, 6.3 mm and 5.3 mm. The tension of the wires is in the UN patented system, which guarantees the homogeneous independent tension of each diamond wire. The "triangular" structure allows the diamond wire to operate at only 3 contact points, minimizing the strain rate of the wire during operation. The movement of the tensioning rollers can be manual or automatic, controlled by the touch screen on the main control panel.
