Eccentric driven multi-station mechanical presses are ideal for operations involving warm forging due to sinusoidal motion. This is because the short contact time leaves sufficient non-contact time for mold cooling. Configurable with a 1 or 2-point shift attachment, these series series offer a wide range of nominal compressive forces and the ability to achieve stroke lengths of 1,000 mm or more. The heavily reinforced molds can be used due to the sufficient usability of the mold cavity. A wide range of peripheral devices can be incorporated into flexible controls, providing a fully automated production line.
