Product Description

VALVE GUIDES;

We make inlet and outlet valve guides (GAYD) using ferrous or non-ferrous metals. Cast iron (iron) is more resistant to abrasion, while copper-based alloys (non-ferrous) provide optimum thermal conductivity. Then we prepare valve guides made of sintered steel. With self-lubricating properties and greater resistance to high temperatures, these engines are ideal for high performance aspirated and turbocharged engines. > Technical details G1,5 = sorbit-perlite cast iron matrix, Cr = 1,2-1,5% Mo = 1,2-1,5% Benefit: Good resistance to abrasion and hardness at high temperatures. MD02 = 12% Cr ledeburitic steel. Benefits: Very high wear resistance due to complex carbide structure Good resistance to shock Good resistance and deformation in hot conditions Very good resistance to heat oxidation at temperatures above 700 ° C Brinell hardness = 400-425
