The EXPLORER CNC DRILLING AND THREADING MACHINE is 4-axis and 2 of them come with a dual-position control to achieve high precision. The rod feed along the X-axis is provided automatically by locking the pinch rollers and then by the rotation of the drag rollers. The horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamping devices will lock the rod during drilling. A material supply system creates corrected and threatening drag rollers. There shall be 2 vertical thrusters, 2 horizontal locking vices and 2 vertical clamping vices in the operating cycle. Inside and outside the Swarf remover are the lubrication of the tools. The continuous stop system is achieved because of the "contact system" of the fly wheels. This helps to avoid possible measurement errors that may occur due to material slipping or tripping.
