Stage Controlled Transformer for Workshops - Rectifier Technology • Works with 3 Phase 400V-50/60 Hz. • Provides excellent welding characteristics with all types of solid and cored wires. • Independent of the machine, there is a 300, 270 and 200 mm diameter reel and wire feeding system with different wire entry for the drum. • The cable spacing between the wire feeder and the machine is standard 5 m and can be extended up to 30 m on request. • The four-wheel drive system provides a good supply of long torches, especially continuous welding without distorting soft wires such as aluminum and flux cored wire. • The welding voltage can be adjusted via the panel in front of the machine, and the wire feed speed can be adjusted from the panel in front of the wire feeder. Welding voltage and current can be monitored via digital display. Optimum welding parameters can be selected from the table on the front panel of the wire feeder. • Soft Start, Pre-Gas, Post-Gas, Burn-Back times can be set through the wire feed system. • 2/4 trigger and free wire feed switch. • Provides low splash performance thanks to the second and third welding outlets used according to need / model. • IP 21 protection class. • Integrated gas cylinder platform and 220V standard electrical socket for CO2 gas heater. • It provides long service life with its strong case made of 1.2 mm steel sheet covered with electrostatic paint. • It is cooled by fan and has protection against overheating. • Earth pliers, Electric cable and Gas hose are standard.
