Faccin has many years of experience in the design and manufacture of special machines for pipe production. To meet specific production requirements in the industry, the company offers HAV-2P, a range of high-performance tube mill bending rolls that can support the production of pipes that provide productivity, repeatability and automation throughout the production process. These tubing bending rollers are constructed with extremely robust electro-welded structures and are equipped with three rollers in thermally treated steel alloys. The rolls of special HAV-2P bending rolls are moved independently - the upper roller moves vertically, the lower rollers move horizontally - and allows full use of the machine's power, depending on the various thicknesses to be rolled. The bottom rollers of the HAV-2P bending rollers are supported with spares for all lengths to offer high performance in the production of long pipes of relatively small diameter. The top roller is preloaded to compensate for bending during bending, and can be quickly changed to extend the range of diameters and thicknesses obtainable by rolling. HAV-2P long bending rolls are designed for rolling plates up to 45 mm thick, ideal for the production of pipes longer than 18 meters, conform to certain technical specifications and roundness tolerances and offer a high quality end product conforming to API standards.
