PVS and PVX are a series of friction screw FRYERS produced by Ficep. Offers technical development for a wide range of applications including hot forging and painting of steel, brass and aluminum. The energy level can be adjusted to improve energy consumption. In addition, it can be easily connected to the automatic forging system. The series has a screw diameter ranging from 160 to 410 mm, a nominal force ranging from 2700 to 16000 kN, a maximum continuous force ranging from 4350 to 25600 kN, and a gross energy ranging from 17 to 300 kJ.
