Toomevara, Co. Based in Tipperary, Ireland, our 100,000 square foot purpose-built manufacturing facility on 30 acres provides testing facilities that allow us to vigorously field test our product. In addition, we have a 30,000 m2 dedicated Research and Development facility with a hard-working Engineering Department with more than 125 years of engineering experience in the team combined with state-of-the-art CAD systems. With production lines running all year from the new location, Abbey Machinery augmented existing processes and capabilities at the new facility. Built on a large thirty-acre lot, the new factory is home to a host of new technologies such as advanced laser cutting, sandblasting and forced drying finishing and 2-pack painting. The new facility is complemented by an extensive investment in the research and development department, which has seen its resources increase significantly, as well as company-owned land that allows testing of all product functionality in a real farming environment.
